Does this stuff work?

Hi guys. I was looking in Autozone today and came across some stuff called "Wetter Water", or maybe it was "Water Wetter" But anyway it claimed that by adding the bottle into your coolant system it could decrease your engine temperature by up to 30 degrees. I know the "Up to" part is the kicker, but even if it lowered engine temps 5 degrees wouldn't it be worth it? I was wondering if anyone has experience with the product im talking about or similiar products. If so does it work, and how long does it last if it does work? Thanks.

i run a mix of 95% water and 5% LL coolant and a bottle of Redline Synthetic rad fluid (water wetter) in all my vehicles (Summer only).. i like it seems to keep things running a little cooler.. it works better with more water and less coolant..

my buddy puts the stuff in his 88 RX-7 and it seems to work. if it works in a rotary engine, than it will work in a conventional engine...

It is basically "Propoline Glycol" with a rust inhibitor (sp).

I run it in my Nova with an 80/20 water/coolant mix. Made a decent drop in temps, gets my :bigthumb:
