Looking for a B18C motor

Anybody know anyone selling a b18c motor in the So Cal Area, this has to be in good condition so no repairs will be needed. If possible with a cable transmission. If not hydraulic tranny is fine. Lowest mileage engine with best offer in the So Cal area so I can pick it up.
