Lighting Diode(headlights)

Hi: Does anyone know where I can find the lighting diode in my 98 O/B Wagon? I think I toasted it as my head/park lights wont switch on.

Never did find the diode unless it was in the switch on the turnsignal stalk. turns out the switch itself was bad. Found one used and lights now work fine.
