power oor locks

My 1995 Cierras power door locks stopped working all at once. I checked the fuse, its ok. When I try them, there is a clicking sound
on the drivers side near the instrument panel.
Is there a power door lock relay on these?

Thanks DIY. I looked under the passenger side and see a cover under the dash. Is this where the relay is? How many prongs are on the relay? ( If you remember) Thanks. Bob

I see the picture DIY. Is this accessible from inside or outside the car?
I tried inside near the passenger kick panel, but it looks like the wires go outside. Thanks!

Some wires go to the doors and some go to the reciever on the rear shelf.

The new relay comes with a clip so I broke the old one to get it out.
It is very tuff to remove without breaking the mounting clip.

Remove the side kick plate and reach up there and feel around.
It is difficult to see unless you get into the astronaut position.

Ok, the side kick plate inside correct? Down near the passenger foot area.
