Anco and Bosch are both pretty good.

Honestly... Most blades are going to be the same... There are some differences, but nothing major.

The big thing to look for is in the Arm design... You want to stay away from steel arms (the joints get stiff & rust), also... you want a Arm that has the most Contact points with the blade... Look where the blade slides into the arm... good arms have six contacts... most have 4.... Have see a few with 8.

Contact points create pressure on the rubber in that area allowing for more effecive wiping of the glass.... So the less distance you have between contact points (along the length of the arm) the better the wiper will handle hard rain.

Rain X works wonders too... Just have to make sure you put it on right, and really buff it off (or it'll smear).

I like the concept of Rain X but not the application method. For years I have gone to Walmart and purchased a silicon-impregnated wiper that has the same effect but requires no labor to apply. The brand escapes me, but I have not found the same kind of wiper anywhere else. TRICO sells a Teflon wiper that is advertised to help with the repelling of rain on the glass surface as well.

If you live in a snow/ice region, then I recommend the winter version of the TRICO blade.
