Rear Reflector Cover???

Hey guys, I was wondering if there was any product designed to cover the rear reflector (the area between the brake lights) on my 2003 Cav. Is it possible to purchase a plastic piece, or maybe cover it with vinyl or something? Any imput is appreciated..
