Hello,
Trying to find some help on a noise coming from my AC. The only reason I think its the AC is that when I first get in the truck and turn on the AC there is no noise. As soon as I press on the gas and the rpm's go over 2000, I start to hear a loud clicking noise. If I let go of the gas, the noise stops. If I turn off my AC, the rev up the engine past 2000 rpm's, it doesn't make the noise. It is only when the AC is on that I hear this clicking noise. Also, after I've been driving around for a while, I can go ahead and accelerate past the 2000 rpm's and the noise is gone. It is only there for a short time after I start the truck. Thanks for your help.

Sounds like your compessor is knocking. Sometimes they just need a can of oil charge and that will usually quiet things down. If that dont work the compressor probably isnt gona last much longer.
