New to Pro Rally

i dont' really have too many car questions, just like to know the basics and where to find a website with everything pro rally. Currently I've got scca.com and specialstage.com but all they have is reviews of races. I'm looking for everything, inside and out: the motors of all cars, all cars and models, racers names, everything related to the internal structure of their cars. I'm really interested in Pro Rally racing and hope to build my own pro rally car from scratch.
