drivetrain problem

can anybody help me on my Pontiac GP-GT 01? I had a serious drivetrain problem with it.. my 3rd and 4th gear wont go through right away.. the rpm is high and it should shift it to next gear but it wont. does anybody know whats the problem with it and where to get that parts.. thanks a lot i really appreciate any reply to this message.. the transmissions in these cars are known for having shift solenoid problems. YOu can try some over the counter trans treatments, which could free them up, but they usually don't work.
