Windshield fluid?

Today, i filled up the windshield washer fluid on my 1995 Eclipse RS and some of the fluid spilled out because the cap came loose. I was wondering if the fluid would cause harm to the surrounding area. Thank you in advanced..

I'm a spyder guy and my fluid hole and bottle are in the trunk...this is a sort of a generic query...the flluid can only "harm" the electrical parts of the car...if you were to drop sizeable amounts directly onto the fuse box or ECU...
