Hey I was wondering about what the size of the trunk is, measurement wise. I need to know because I am building a box for my subs, and I need to know the max size. I would need the following (inches): Height, Width, Legnth. So if any of you are bored enough to measure for me....it would be very much appreciated.

I have not been around in a while, so I'm a little out of the loop. From your sig, you do not have one yet, what is holding you back?

The trunk is not like an Olds or Buick! I would spend the money on a kick ass set of rear dash speakers vs. literally using half your trunk space for a speaker box. You can build a killer sound system that leaves the trunk functional.

Finding the perfect one.
Alot of the dealers around here told me unless they get it from a trade, they wont buy one until winter. Why? Because right now they have alot of verts for sale for summer, and they said with how they sell verts in summer, they are not inclined to purchase a coupe. :( I am also pretty picky and on a close budget...But my dad will loan me the $ so thats not the problem.
Infact one dealer was like we have a 1999 Mustang on the lot. Im like omg really? He is like yes, and it is a manual trans like you want. I was so happy. He pointed to it and I read Saleen on the back. My dad didnt know the diff and I am like that bastard dealer is taunting me! I told him about my budget and why im aiming for a GT as opposed to a higher car, and he was like "I see, well with your budget let me tell you this, this car is not for you." *cry*
I actually found anouther yellow one. It is a Manual GT, 1999 decent mileage, in my price range and has aftermarket side exhaust. However Im not to sure about the yellow. If I get it, it will be for the uniqueness...

Actually a non-functional trunk is not a problem because I have the subs in my current car (actually they are out now) and it took most of the trunk, in a year I never cared. My only concern with subs vs. Internal speakers is the fact that the subs + box can be very very heavy, and I plan on visiting a track as often as possible, so the weight would have to come out every time I go.
Also that yellow stang I talked about had the mach audio system. Big +!

the height of the trunk is max 14in and min 12 in.
the width is 54in at the max, but 22in from the beginning of the trunk the width shrinks down to 38in.
the length is 38 in.
i posted here instead of shooting you a PM so others could see if they were wondering.
