The car will turn over, but will not start.
There are no dash lights.
I tried to resolve the issues by cleaning the battery termonials, charged the battery, and there is interior lights and the vehicles operates and stereo works.
Any suggestions would be very helpful.
Thanks.

Try wiggling the Pink wire in the black block on the ignition switch. If that seems to help, replace the ignition switch.

Same thing for me.. 97 LT blazer, weird electrical problems, the above being one of them. Replaced the ignition switch, and its fixed now.
Note: for my 97LT (w/airbag) i had to pull the darn steering wheel off to get to the sucker, a bit more work than exepected, but entirely doable.
Also I needed E6 and E4 type sockets to get the goofy steering wheel covers, and Ignition Switch off of the steering column. Also picked up the ignition switch for approx 90$
Good luck!
