hey everybody...i had my car running a few weeks ago...and the positive battery cable from the starter somehow melted on the header...grounded out and put a big ass hole in my header from grounding out on it :banghead: i recently bought a new cable...the new headers are on their way...and i was wondering whats the best way to run the cable so it doesnt hit any moving parts and not get grounded or melted on the header? any help would be great! thanks-Bobby

Factory is usually the best. I ran mine back under the starter then to the firewall. Along the bottom of the firewall till I got to the passenger fender then up over the fender following the heater hoses to the battery. The only place you can see the cable is when it emerges just before the batery.
