Basics - Tire Rotation?

My front left wheel (cragar tru-spoke) on my 65 mustang is "slightly" out of round. There are new tires that only have a couple hundred miles on them. Is it OK to simply switch the front and rear from the same side (to get the vibration into to the rear instead of front), or do I have to do a full rotation due to the way the tires wear? Not to be lazy, but since there are not many miles on the tires I figured I could just swap front and rear from the one side.

If you have less than 5000 miles and are running the same size front and back, you can switch them out. I'd just do all four and be done with it.

Is an out-of-round wire wheel fixable? I can't find nice wire wheels like this anymore.

Thanks!
