Purchasing 96 4-Runner Limited?

Hello all, new to this forum. I am thinking about purchasing a 96 4Runner Limited 4x4 with 138k miles. I want to upgrade from my 94 Rodeo 4x4 which is running great but has little annoying quirks. I like the 96 because of the up-grade in engine size, horsepower and design change. So I wondering if there is anything I should be looking for during my inspection of the vehicle or any specific questions I should ask the seller. I know these vehicles run forever and are really reliable so any insight would be appreciated.
