97 max error codes

hi,

very informative website, just signed up today. i have a 97 max with the error codes 1105 and 0203 and cannot find anything on the latter. think the former is the map/solenoid? car is idling high/erratically, just started yesterday. 118000 miles, already had its 120000 mile service at the dealer. any suggestions?

0203 means that you have a Closed Throttle Position Switch. Pretty easy fix, a new switch should do the trick, and its located right next to the throttle body. The TPS may be a little expensive but you should be able to do it yourself
