They don't make any superchargers for our 4th gens unfortunately. With enough money you can do anything, and I assume you could rig up a Jackson Racing supercharger for a 5th gen to fit the motor, but I don't know what the cost would be.

You can't just 'add' an h22a head.

So would it be best just to get a h22 longblock?

actually with enough time and effort you can just add a h22 head.. in fact i just finished swapping my h23 head to an h23 head...so now i have an h23 v-tech..not too hard if u know what your doing...plus less expensive if u find a good head (p.s. its called a v-tech conversion for those that thought u cant do it)

BY you saying this I'm assuming that are pointing out that It has to be swaped?
If you know what you are doing you can do it fairly easily. I've done it 2 times now for practice because I'm getting ready to convert my H23 to VTEC. This will make the motor a H23 VTEC Hybrid.
Tips:
Make sure you are doing it with someone who has a little more experieince at doing it. And sometimes your "Uncle who works on 350's" wont cut it. You'll have to find someone who knows the H series motor. No offence to those Muscle men, but it's just not the same. Good Luck! :)
