Instrument Panel Cover

Does anyone know how to remove the instrument panel cover? My 4WD switch is going bad and i'd like to try and replace it myself but i'm having trouble figuring out how to remove that cover to get to the switch. Anyone ever done this to lend some instructions to me? Thanks ...

Okie, you have to remove the outer dash trim piece first. In order to do this, grab it by a vent and pry slightny outward until it pops out. Then continue your way around the entire outisde of the dash area. You'll probably have to tilt your steering wheel all the way down and put the gear lever into "1". Be sure to use the parking brake!!!! After all this is done, the switch is easily accessible. Just take your time and be gentle and it all should work fine.
