Help Required. Frustration Level Exceeded

I thought I'd be nice and get my wife a remote starter for her car. Actually she was wining about having to park in the driveway again all winter while my car sits in the garage. Anyways I started to hook it up for her and of course, I ran smack dab into the Passlock system. Well I have since gone out and purchased a bypass module for it but I have not been able to locate the "Bulb Test" wire in the steering column. I have tested all 3 "Thin Black wires" that are on the left side of the steering column but none are showing the required ground.

Well I am hoping that someone here has gone through this frustartion already and could let me know exactly which wire I am looking for and where it might be found. The car is a 1996 Sunfire GT 5 speed with a Passlock I system. Thanks for any help or direction you can provide. I have a Hayes manual but the wiring diagram leaves alot to be desired.

bypassing the passlock is a pain in the butt. You'd almost be better off going out and starting her car for her every morning. Try going to the website for your remote starter manufacturer, they sometimes have updated or corrected info on there that may be of help.
