dashboard painting

hey everyone. if anyone could help, i want to paint my WHOLE dashboard nut just the trim. my current color is navy blue with black trim, i want to paint it black with white trim. has anyone done this procedure already. if you have, what paint did you use and where could i find them.

alright man..... First to be a friend i would just tell you to not do it. TRUST ME! i did it. first it was navy blue, than white, then blue, and i have finally found a junk integra and ripped out all the interior and replaced it so now it's black. But if you really are convinced that you really want to do it go with fusions paint. i think thats what its called. its the only paint that will stick, trust me i have done it 3 times. you can use the normal dupli color spray from walmart or autozone..Just be sure to wet sand it really good and primer 1st..then it will stick. I also use a clear coat to prevent chipping etc. If you want to paint everything and not just the trim you'll have to take it out of the car..just use search to find out how to remove your dash , door panels etc. If you're not sure. It can turn out good just be sure not to rush and let the different coats dry before you go spray crazy.

JUSt my .02..WHy paint it that looks cheap and about gay plus it messes your car up just vinyl or tweed the damn shit for better looks painting is like a 10 yr old kid would do.But whatever would floart your alls boat do it thats you not me..Later.

If you must do it, save up and get a fiberglass dash. You can have it painted whatever color and get show quality......

YES that to fiberglass would be the way to go if you want the whole paint thing i would much rather do that and way better quality like B18 said..
