Parkour

Any Traceurs in here? I started this sport today (Parkour), its freakin awesome! Remember that thread a while back, the guys jumping from building to building? That's Parkour!! I spent about an hour learning drops, rolls, and drop rolls. Now I'm vaulting, cat jumping, palm spins, 12 foot running drops...check out www.urbanfreeflow.com...this is soo much fun, and works out your body GREAT. Check out the site, even when your learning, people hit you up. I was practising at the local skatepark, and now I'm startin a crew with some local guys. Check it out!

I'll get some soon, I left my damn camera at work. Realized that cuz I saw a sign I wanted to take a picture of on my way home...Maybe after my jam tomorrow or the day after. Are there any free movie hosting sites?

Never knew this was considered a sport o_O I do this kind of thing occasionally as needed, i.e. to get around our school (they tend to lock gates, and there's a lot of construction right now to add wheelchair ramps) and some areas near where I live. Haven't done much lately though, and haven't had time to practice (DAMN YOU MRS EAGLE!).

Does this stuff seem retarded to anybody else? I mean imagine some kid running around campus doing cartwheels over speed bumps and jumping off stairs.. Doesn't sound like a grand afternoon to me, but maybe that's just me.

and Hurdles is just guys jumping sticks, Discus is throwing a frisbee and Shotput is throwing a canonball...Anything bad about gymnastics?
