2000 z71 ext. cab should i buy?

I abouslty love the vechile its two tone but it has 108000 but the motor and the inside looks really good. Started it up and listened to it and the motor seemed to run very smooth. No damage to the inside its leather dual power seats with the third door. I really want the truck but with 108000 miles i'm kinda scared of it? Any advice on buying this vechile or what to look for? I really want it but i'm afraid of ti plus can't get a warranty because its over 100000 miles. Please respond fast

that's hi miles for a 2000. I'd look around to find one with lower miles.
