keyless entry remote

I was wondering if anyone knew how to program remotes for keyless entry on a 1999 malibu. I have gotten new remotes but I don't know how to program them.

I was also wondering where the receiver is located on the car for the keyless entry. I have the receiver also just in case I need to change that to.
Any help would greatly be apprectiated
