Total gaskets change

hey guy just want so info on how to maintain my car from replacing all these parts again. i changed my valve seals,spark plug seals, valve cover gasket, cams seals, head gasket, piston rings, water pump, and timimg belt. my car was burning oil because the vlave seals was leaking and the delaer told me that leak went down to my head and piston rings.....it cost f**kin harm and leg... cost $1855.00 labor rates are fucked up in new jersey the parts was 800.00 and the rest was labor.....thanks guys any feed back would help..........

oh and the total for the first round of doing the full timing job fuel rail, FPR, and cam gears was only 1780. then i found out the head was warped... tack on another 1200 in parts and labor...

how do all of these parts get fucking warped? it pisses me off. you would think thye could do a better job of gettin some heat out from under the hood

Im with you on that one, but when they run hot they run with alot more power.
