recall notice in mail

received the recall notice for the 95's.....notice states the fuel rail will be replaced with new stainless steel and ALSO the chassis fuel lines will be replaced...no mention about the fuel presure regulator..

I got my recall on my 95 a week ago and got it scheduled for Saturday. I did notice that the recall states to inspect and if neccesary replace. I hope they just replace the damn stuff. I don't want this to be a lets wait and see if a fire starts recall. Hey anyone with the 97 Aurora have the same statement in the recall?

It means if the fuel rail is not leaking the dealer may or may not replace the part. Settle this with your dealer before you take the car in, insist on the rail being replaced not just "inspected"! On the 95's GM also has to replace the fuel return line all the way back to the tank, no if's, an's or but's.
