bottom straps, floorboard on sides of seat, top straps either the floorboard behind the seat or the rear seatbelt mounts (doesnt look good but some people do it). Make sure to use grade 8 bolts and large washers on both sides. Cant believe it took you a day to figure out how to make the beeping stop.

although most manufactures wont recommend it due to rollover concerns, just bolt them straight down behind the seat, although since we dont have backseats, maybe invest in that pillar bar, ive seen em on ebay alot and attach em to that.

...that "beeping" has been eliminated. In my rex the culprit was the connector in the headliner by the rearview so I unplugged it and taped it all up. After the hurricane rain my car leaked some and the seatbelt light kept on blinking even with belts fastened. Well, I checked to make sure they worked and yeah still lock up so that bulb in the cluster went bye bye...

http://www.teamsimpson.com/catalog/restraints/restinfo.asp . In my opinion your following Darwins call if your gonna run a harness with no roll bar / cage / pillar bar.
