New Exhaust

Looking into getting a new exhaust and have noticed alot of companies advertise the swept side exhaust for the 95-00 2.4L Taco's either 2WD or 2WD/4WD. PreRunner's as we all know are 2WD, but for alot of parts require the 4WD equivalent. Which is the case for the exhaust? For example, the Gibson model...

Also related, what are the advantages/disadvatanges of ceramic vs. steel headers?

And what about Downey headers? They make a nickel-chrome coated steel header fot the 2.4L. Worth looking into?
