best record so far. The longest I lasted last time was like 300 miles. I wasn't drivin like a granny either, and that's in an automatic car. The intake+HKS ground wire kit helped a lot I guess, over 40 miles extra added on to a gas tank. Also have NGK laser R double platinum + 8mm accel spark plug wires which would have helped. Calculated mpg, gettin around 24 right now. How lean (or rich) are you guys runnin on your KA's?

Can't wait to see how lean I'm goin to run next year when I get exhaust, jwt cams, port/polish heads, and a new ECU chip (jwt or PDM, not sure yet)

EDIT: BTW gas light warnin did not come on yet

the best highway i've ever done is about 600km/full tank (372miles), and city won't be anymore than 475km/full tank (295miles). and mine's 5speed! what kind of gas do you guys use?? i'll go no lower than 91octane....

WTH? i get like 320 miles to tank without an air intake... you guys must drive the shiot out of your 240s... hope that whole light mile away thing is right and you say 3 cms? thats over an inch thats like .6 cm over an inch... but oh well

correct me if i'm wrong, but with an aftermarket intake, wouldn't fuel mileage be worse compared to using a stock intake?? is there not more air (and therefore gas) going into your engine with an aftermarket intake?? even at granny speeds??

i shift at 3k rpm unless some crazy music comes on or if somebody wants to see how quick my car is... and even then, i don't drive it hard very much and i'm still only getting less than 450km/tank (300miles/tank)... maybe some electrical work could be done to help my mileage... anybody know of anything?? i heard a ground-wiring kit helps a little...

I get about 19-20mpg city and 24-26highway =p

Intakes usualy raise your gas milage by as much as 10% In my experiance though thats only if your driving granny style, if you are racing around every where my mpg dropped by like one =p

Before my intake I was getting 22-23mpg freeway, now as high as 26.
