This is the mods I've decided to get:

The mods I'm going to get are:

stillen race pipe (no emissions testing in my state)
intake (not sure which kind yet)
boost controller
blow off valve (not sure which kind yet)

I think after those mods I think I'll be getting about 380 HP ?

After I get those, then eventually I'll upgrade to 13G turbos (or possibly 15g turbos, depending on my cash flow at the time) and get an upgraded fuel pump and new injectors.

My "goal" is to get to 450 HP in the car. I don't want to go too overboard, and I think 450 HP is attainable easily enough.

I'd add a downpipe to the list, and gut your precats, then you'll definantly have 380hp.

Also don't forget to get an aftermarket boost gauge, as the stock one is highly unaccurate and you can do serious damage to your pistons and engine if you boost without the proper monitoring.

Also to be on the safe side, new plugs, 8.5mm wires, and a new fuel filter will help you increase hp safely.

450hp at the crank is a good goal, and as you said, pretty easily attainable. Good luck.

fyi...the stillen race pipe is a down pipe and a race pipe combined.

also plan on getting the tune up done before the mods. Already have the magnecor 8.5mm wires.

don't forget to upgrade your fuel pump and fuel system fuel pump first your fuel pump but be aware that the stock fuel system will cause your #6 cylinder to blow up with the extra power you'll be creating

when you mean "fuel system" do you just mean the injectors? or something else ?

just a little FYI, magnicore wires are worse than stock. They have about 2x the resistance.

kinda funny how everyone tells people to get magnecor wires. even at 3si.org they recommend it.

Fuel system upgrades are only required to boost past 15 psi(on the stock turbos) as the stock turbos are only blowing hot air after 15 psi their is not point. If you keep the stock turbos save the cash and just do not push the boost over 14.5 psi.

When you upgrade the turbos the psi you can run on the stock fuel system decreases because of the effiancy of the upgraded turbos. 13g's for example max the stock fuel system out at only 12.5 psi.

so let me ask what psi is possible with stock turbos, but on upgrades fuels system?? would it still be 14.5/15 psi or is it possible to hit maybe like 18 or so?

YOU may be able to squeak a few more psi from them but, anything over 15 is past their effiancy range and you start heating the air. the hotte rthe air the less the power so 18psi on 9b does not net much more power than 15. Now if you add something like alchol/water/propane injection you'll get a bit more room. Make sure to have some way of checking for detination if you go iver 15(hell you should have it if you tweak the boost at all)
