99 burban cut off while driving

I bought a 99 suburban over a month ago with 45k miles on it. Today while driving, the front panel lights went off then on again two times. Seemed like the engine cut out both times, but didn't really catch it and the vehicle kept moving. Sounds like maybe an electrical problem? HELP?!
