Anyone ever heard of changing a coupe to a convertible? Are their kits available for that?

ill get you this site tomorrow, that is a company that you bring your car in, and they turn it into a convertable...

you're kidding, right? i dont see that being practical on any level. to me, putting t-tops in a camaro without em is crazy, but going all the way to a convertable is pushing insane. this is definitely a case of: if you want it bad enough, sell the car and buy a different one with what you want.

The practical part is that 1967-69 Coupes are much mor e plentiful and better priced than the convertibles. So if I could buy a coupe and pay to get it converted (depending on the cost), then it might be worth it.

Sure its possible to do so. All convertible thirdgens came from GM as t-top cars and an outside company converted them into convertables.

Anythings possible if your willing to pay for it.

im not disputing the fact that it is doable, im saying it is beyond practical...
