The Swap

My buddy just got a 91 NA in great condition and this weekend we started to rip it apart. First we removed the struts, springs, and swaybars. As he purchased adjustable shocks and RSR springs. We removed the exhaust. Dropped the gas tank and installed a walbro fuel pump. We have a the 3SGTE sitting on a plank and we are about to install a TRD 10 lb (i think) flywheel and a exedy stage1 clutch. We ran into some trouble with the back left axle because it just wont come out like the right side any suggestions? We also are considering the shift linkages, I heard you have to get the JDM linkages and we cant manage to get our hands on a set, any suggestions? Anything else I need to look out for or be prepared for?
