...you get married at Bob-Jo Speedway...a demolition derby. That's right, last night I decided to go to a demo. derby and about halfway through the carnage there was a wedding ceremony. :eek7: I couldn't keep a straight face, neither could the minister person. He had to stop like 8 times 'cause he was laughing so hard. I've never seen anything quite like this before. Rumor has it they're having their honeymoon at Wal-Mart though. :grinno:

Oh My God.
Kinda reaffirms your faith in humanity, doesn't it?
What person in their right mind would think that's romantic in ANY way?

my town's fall fair has a demo derby every year! it's next weekend, and i've already booked it off work to go!
it's always a fun night of CAR-nage. i have always, since i was young, had a sick fetish of seeing car wrecks.
wonder if i'll see a wedding though...

Hey, this sounds like a good idea. Have any of you folks been married twice? (or even once?)
Trust me, the second -time-around is for fun.
I would NEVER go through a serious traditional wedding again.
Getting married in front of a huge crowd of half drunk derby fans sounds like a blast!

C'mon now... if you love each other it doesn't matter where you get married and if you love demo derby's you might as well be in that environment...
I can't believe I just said that.

Ok, let me get this straight. During the costant bashing of cars, a couple decided that it would be a perfect oppurtinity to have a wedding ceremony? Now was the wedding held inside where the cars were ramming eavhother? If I were one of the drivers, Id run over the idiot....
