95 Grand Caravan - help

Recently bought this van, and ever since it seems to "bottom out", over small bumps, etc. We were thinking it was front struts, since the originals were still on it.

Changed out the struts and the noise continues. The tires have now started to rub on the wheel well.

Any ideas what is next to look at?? Control arms? Sway bars?

Appreciate any info.

I am concerned with the tire rubbing more than the hitting hard.
