96 Sierra Vortex v6 injectors

My truck above just quit running. The injectors have 12 volts, but the wires going to the pcm (computer) are not switching the injectors on and off. The pcm has 12 volts and a good ground. My question, is their any other censors that would tell the computer not to switch the injectors or is the pcm bad....?
