Whats wrong with my car???

I have a 90 esi fwd, the car runs great when its cold, but after about 5 minutes of driving it has avsolutly no power, stalls when u come to a stop, and has a ticking noise to it. I thought it may be overheating, so i put a new thermostat on it and its still doing it. I need to get this fixed, does anyone have any ideas?

check the TPS, maybe reading wrong. Or you can check the plugs, and check the compression...thats all i can think of.

compression, plugs, wires, everything like that is fine, and its getting tons of spark.
