94 blazer. Just installed a new battery. All brake lights remain on without any pressure applied to brake pedal. This continues after the ignition has been turned off. Please advise.

When you say brake lights, do you mean the brake and/or ABS light on the dash or the rear brake lights?

Sounds like the brake light switch attached to the brake pedal is sticking.
Open the drivers door, lightly grasp the brake pedal with your thumb on the top of the brake pedla and your index and middle finger under it and give the pedal a light to moderate giggle.
See if the light goes off.
The brake light switch assembly is attached to the brake pedal.

controlled by BOO (brake on/off) switch under dash. if it 'fell out' then the lights will stay on. and if it fell off, when you fix it make sure the cruise dump/TCC switch is also still in place
