Where can I get this stick shift knob?

I just ordered a 2002 325i. While browsing through bmwusa.com, I clicked on Virtual BMW>Accessories. On the accessories page, it has a big graphic on top that changes pictures every 2 seconds or so (animated GIF). On of the pictures is of this sweet silver shifter. It looks amazing. Does anyone know where I can find this? I looked through every inch of the site, and also BMW's accessories page.

im not sure which shift know your talking about, but there are some great looking shift knobs at UUCmotorworks.com for just over 100 bucks.
