beat a camaro tonight

i beat a manual transmission v6 camaro tonight. yeah i know v6 woohoo. :rolleyes: but this guy was doin a lot of talkin, so we went and raced and i put 5 lenghts on him. that shut him up!

What year Camaro was it? if it was a 3rd gen 82-92 I can understand the 305 in mine is rated at 190(I think :confused: ) so the v-6 had to be pretty weak (kinda sad, at least they are faster now) thats why I don't talk shit unless I know what I'm dealing with :) good kill:D

it was the one like the new body, but the older headlights. like 96ish? red with a single black racing stripe, dynapack muffler and k&n air filter.

96ish thats sad I thought they actually made OK power guess not :D well that just backs up my theory more don't get a f-bird/Camaro with a V-6. Can you belive that some of the early 80's models could be gotten with a 4-banger talk about weak:) and I read somewhere about a Canadian model called the "skybird" (it's sky blue like mine) there was a "yellow bird" (it's yellow duh:) ) and the "Firebird"(it was red) they were middle 80's cars and were avalible with a 3 cylinder :eek: (my car weighs around 3000lbs.) I couldn't imagine it with a 3 cyl. you couldn't even go up hill :D

I don't have a real juicy one with the GTR right now as most won't play, though a couple of EVO's, WRX's and the odd Holden have tried but nothing worth braggin about. I am actually looking for this one guy who just nipped me when I had the GTS-t. Some little asian punk in his shinny new NSX who thinks he is all that. If and when our paths cross I will post it :) win or lose.

The best feeling is putting a boaster in their place - especially when what their boasting is pretty damn weak to begin with.
