Hi all. I have a 1996 Neon. I want to replace the fuel filter. I bought the filter and the guy at the auto parts store said that it was located in the engine compartment. I didn't see it anywhere and I'm afraid that it may be in the fuel tank. I also want to replace the PCV valve but can't locate that either. I have a haynes manual on the way but was hoping I can get some infor here before it arrives. I don't have the cash to take this to a pro so I need to do this myself. Any help is apprreciated.

hey man the fuel filter is easy to uninstall and its located right underneath the gas tank. The pcv valve i think is connected to the throttle body.
