I know with an RB25 I need a new driveshaft due to the trans being larger but could I just use a drive shaft from an rb25 car or do I need a custom one to fit it to my LSD. I would also be switching to an RB25 LSD and axles if that is important.

There should be many places that can shorten your s13 tailshaft (rb25 won't fit). It only costs AUD$400 so shouldn't cost you too much over there. Another alternative is to use the rb20det gearbox and your s13 manual tailshaft (but i'd be going with the 25 box because they're awesome).

SR20/KA uses a smaller yoke than the RB25 you either need a mckinney Driveshaft or you need to have some one put the RB25 yoke on your existing driveshaft
