5 Speed Tranny trouble

My probe was my first stick so i have a decent feel for it... But lately ive noticed the Acceleration is shity and if i floor it my engin will rev really high alot higher then it needs to be for the speed that im going. so basically i cant floor the car or it slips or somthing i dont know whats going on. To top it off when my car is in gear the shifter is still all over the place like its in nutral. If anyone knows whats wrong please reply hopefly its somthing small because im low on cash.

sounds like the clutch is starting to go out

Yea i just took it to a friend up at the ford dealer he said it will cost me like $350 for him to do it i might just pay him in mustang parts... sounds like a plan.. is the car safe to drive for like a week or 2?
