A/C Control Problem

Symptoms:
1. Fan Speed control does nothing. (Fan does not come on).
2. A/C button can be energized even if fan control is in off position.
3. Recirc button can be energized at any time.
4. As much as I can tell all different modes (floor, def, vent) all work.
5. When under hard acceleration no air flow thru vents. Will return when acceleration is decreased.


Any other things I can check? Is this problem common. Thanks in advance.
