quick question on the 305

does anyone know the firing order of the 305 engine??? in my 91 caprice

clockwise, 1,8,4,3,6,5,7,2

thanx man Im having problems with my distributor and it helps to know by the way can carbon build up on that????? or the plugs??

it will on the points in your distributor cap, and you may want to check your rotor button, they blister and it will cause your car to run shity.

then that must be the proplem man my car does roll but does not want to start up is it the carbon build up????

yes it blocks the fire from getting to your plugs good

just check your cap and rotor button out, you can get a new one cheap if you need it
