obd-2 Codes , this is my problem

i have been having the ecu put my car in to LIMP MODE in the last 3 days, today i went to get a diag and it gave me these 3 codes as follow
P0700 Transmission Control System Malfunction
P0733 Gear 3 Incorrect ratio
P0760 Shift Solenoid C Malfunction
.. What can i do to fix these, does anyone know what i need to fix or replace.
in limp mode my tranny only stays in 2nd or 3rd gears(not exatly sure which one)
