98 Ranger With P1121 Code

Got P1121 Code the other day. Says: Man. Control Fuel Air Metering.
Anyone have any ideas where to start? IAC?

do you have any symptoms? it could be mass air flow sensor, air temp sensor,oxygen sensors,everything works off the sensor readings.

Thanks for your reply. I do not have any symptoms except for the truck stalling once at a red light, started right back up and runs fine. No hesitation mis-fire ect.....Just put new plugs, wires, fuel filter, TPS, and PCV in it.
