Anyone heard of this? Is it any good or does it pretty much blow?

I've never heard of it. It looks like an imitation Pace Setter (looking at the emblem). An exhaust is a pretty big purchase, I would get a good one and save some time and $ (when you decide to get a new one because the bad ones aren't good)
