question for honda99

in this link u said to go to honda dealer and tell them ur tranny died or has a problem...before i go is it ok to leave my AEM intake in? or should i put the stock one on?http://www.automotiveforums.com/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=276642

I personally would put stock intake back for two reasons; its not complicated to put stock intake and less chance to have hard time from dealer.
