turbo, boost and idle problems

I recently had a problem with my car trembling a lot and the check engine light came on. i put in a new IAC motor and it stopped shaking for a while, but niw its shking again. does anyone know what i can do?

Also there is a homemade pipe on my turbo running towards the innercooler and i need to get the actual pipe. is anyone selling one?

Another thing is that it also has a homemade boost controller how can i tell how much psi its taking so that i can set it to the original? or is anyone willing to sell one thats better than the homemade one?
