why would you reuse a clutch?? reducing the flywheel's weight will get you some gains, it is up to you how much driveability you would like to sacrifice for gains. the lighter the flywheel, the quicker the revs fall making daily driving a little to a lot less comfortable than before. from what i have read, alumininum flywheels warp, and steel ones can shatter, so the most recommended ones are made of chromoly. You can buy a replacement, or you can take yours to a machine shop and have them shave after the weight. i would recommend an ACT flywheel. they make two kinds: the prolite (8.8lbs), or the streetlite (12.5lbs)

No they are not the same. The F22B is closer to the H23A than the H22A. I am running the ACT Prolite right now. It's not for lazy drivers or beginners.
